The house and neighbourhood are beautiful, very quiet, and easy to walk around. The house is spacious and feels very comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the hosts who were kind and responsive to our questions, and were very helpful each time we reached out. We wish we knew beforehand that the neighbourhood playground and pool would not be made available to AirBnB guests. We also brought our own bedding as all the bedroom sheets and duvets provided were 100% polyester. All in all, this was the perfect long term stay for our family of 5. We are very grateful for the excellent communication from our host, and we would recommend this location to anyone else looking for a family home in Morrisville.

New, clean, quiet and well-maintained house in the Research Triangle Park section between Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The house is spacious, excellently maintained with wonderful amenities in a quietly dystopian neighborhood (no one on the streets). Beds are a bit on the soft side if you like them that way. Close to amenities, shopping, parks and walking as well. The property managers were non-intrusive and friendly, although they did try to call directly, which I didn't anticipate. House has coffee maker, air fryer, blender, oven, washer, dryer, super fast Wifi, and tea kettle. Completely unrelated, I had a dream the night that we left that the property managers were upset that we broke the heater in their pool even though we didn't use the pool. In real life, this house has no pool, and they were very friendly. I think the dream is a clear indication of the intense anxiety that renting through AirBnB causes me. Maybe if you're anxious like me, get a hotel.
